At Luvio, we’re committed to your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your product.
📦 Return Conditions
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:

Returns that haven’t been previously authorized will not be accepted.
🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at myluvio.usa@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

📮 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item).
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact us at myluvio.usa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Our team will review your case according to the terms outlined in this policy.
🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact. This is subject to the same conditions mentioned above.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that bank processing times may affect how long it takes for the refund to appear in your account.
